I had a superb memorable experience. The ambience, service and hospitality were excellent. The food was excellent , especially the courteousness of Abhinav. He was very cordial and saw to our needs with utmost satisfaction. Even the travel desk with Arun and Vishal was very good. |Overall I would rate as 10/10.

The resort has been built five years too early - the 1 km path (cannot call it a road) from the road is mud and slush and goes through a slum. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly. However, facilities like hot water and variety at the breakfast buffet leave a lot to be desired. I had to run the tap for 15 minutes to get hot water (wasting so much precious water) when we arrived. Same story in the morning - had to have a shower with cold water as didn't want to waste water. The breakfast buffet compares poorly with some of the other Club Mahindra resorts we have visited. And even the limited fare that was supposed to be there, there were empty dishes when only about 15 guests were there in a dining room that could seat at least 60 guests.

overall staffs were good,Housekeeping has done a great job, Ajeet was excellent at his work. food was also nice, I like the hotel atmosphere and ambience a lot. Resort is in very peaceful place , that gives a kind of peace to our mind.

It was overall a great and lovely experience. Enjoyed my stay. I was very much satisfied with staff's behaviour, particularly housekeeping, Ajeet was very good at his work, very helpful and humble too. The atmosphere was charming, specially the views.

Excellent stay. Ambience Decor and the hospitality amazing. Buffet spread is also very good. Restaurant service is praiseworthy. Personalised. service .Staff discussed and advised to take pocket friendly packages for the customer.
